Process:‘’Wet Hulled ‘’- Semi-washed

This coffee growing region is establish on the site of the sleeping volcano Inierie. Due to previous volcanic ativities, the soil therefore rich in nutrients for the coffee trees. The ‘’Wet Hulled’’ process is at few details appart, the same process as ‘’Gilling Basha’’ that is about drying the coffee beans in two phases. First, the coffee cherrie’s flesh is removed from the bean and is lightly dried during a few days. Then, the last remaining protective skin (silver skin) is removed from the coffee bean to be completely dried soon after.
