Process: Giling Basah

The Giling Basah process consists in drying the coffee beans in two phases. First, the coffee cherrie’s flesh is removed from the bean and the beans are lightly dried during a few days. Then, le remaining protective skin (silver skin) is removed from the coffee beans and the beans are dried completely.
